Hire Sales ExecutiveLocation: BurnleySalary: £31,000 + BonusOn-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to £45,500 for top performersHours: Monday to Friday 07:30–17:30 (40 hours)

We’re looking for a Hire Sales Executive to join a leading equipment hire company, based within one of our partner builder’s merchant branches. This isn’t furniture sales — you’ll be the trusted expert helping contractors and tradespeople find the right tools and machinery to get the job done efficiently.
What the role involves:

Assisting walk-in customers and contractors with their equipment hire needs

Recommending suitable tools and machinery from a trusted hire range

Offering expert advice to support customers’ projects

Building strong customer relationships that encourage repeat business
