  • Spotting upsell opportunities (without the hard sell).
  • Building strong local relationships that keep customers coming back.

Who This Role Is Perfect For:

  • People from phone sales, furniture sales, retail, or tool hire.
  • Talkative types who are confident, helpful, and naturally persuasive.
  • Anyone who loves customer interaction and solving problems.
  • Motivated people who want to earn more and grow into leadership.

What You’ll Get:

  • £30–31k base salary + bonus (up to £46.5k OTE for top performers).
  • 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) + option to buy more.
  • Access to training, apprenticeships, and career development.
  • Exclusive discounts on kit hire, car leasing, and shopping.
  • Life assurance (2x salary) + health & wellbeing support.

If you’re good with people, confident on the phone or face-to-face, and ready to turn conversations into a career—we’d love to hear from you. Apply now and let’s get talking.
