They are now looking for a Head of HR to join their team.
As Head of HR you are responsible for leading the HR function and working with the Commercial Director and senior leadership team to develop and deliver a people strategy that supports the achievement of company strategic aims and commercial objectives.
You will lead the HR team to provide a professional, credible, consistent and commercially focused HR service across the business.
The role is accountable for ensuring that people-related decisions are legally compliant, aligned to company values, supportive of business performance and delivered with appropriate judgement, pace and care.
You will act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders and managers, providing clear guidance on employment law, employee relations, organisational change, talent, performance, engagement and people risk.
