We are seeking a Finance Business Analyst (London Market) to join our successful Finance team and play a critical role in driving Financial Transformation to the business.
As our Finance Business Analyst (London Market) you will be responsible for:
- Developing and writing compelling business cases to support finance transformation initiatives.
- Creating detailed business requirements documents that capture the needs and objectives of the finance transformation projects.
- Facilitating and leading finance workshops to gather requirements, identify gaps, and define solutions.
- Conducting thorough data analysis to support decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Designing and implementing solution architectures that align with business requirements and ensure seamless data flows.
- Providing expert guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the finance transformation process.
To be considered for this role, you should have prior Business Analyst experience, particularly within Financial Transformation. Ideally, you will have had some exposure to the Specialist Insurance (Lloyds Syndicate). This is initially a 6 month Fixed Term Contract, with plenty of work to extend this much longer and potentially becoming Permanent. The role is hybrid with 1 or 2 days a week in the office and the rest remote.
