My client is a market-leading manufacturer of high-quality fitted kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom furniture, with 50 years of sustained growth built on exceptional products and outstanding service. We are now looking for a dedicated Construction Account Manager to join our Contract New Build Team and help drive continued success across the region.
As our new Construction Account Manager, you will take full ownership of our established relationships with leading New Build Contractors, acting as the key point of contact. By combining strong professional sales skills with in-depth product knowledge, you will promote our premium range and ensure we deliver the high standards our customers expect on sites throughout the area.
The Construction Account Manager will be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional account management and service to existing clients
- Handling quotations, call-offs, amendments, variations, extras, delivery scheduling, debt management, and customer expectations
- Driving turnover growth across existing accounts and securing opportunities with new ones (sales experience highly desirable)
- Staying ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and the wider customer landscape
This is a pivotal, hands-on role where you will manage customer requirements end-to-end and play a direct part in our ongoing expansion.
To be considered as our new Construction Account Manager you should have the following experience:
- Proven experience in fast-track new build processes, ideally working with contractors in the kitchen, bathroom, or bedroom sector
- Strong industry knowledge, including major competitors, our full product range (manufactured and sourced), and terms of trading
- Excellent organisational and administrative abilities

- Full UK driving licence
