Take ownership of the night shift and lead a critical operation at one of the UK’s busiest airport car parks. We’re hiring an experienced and proactive Airport Night Parking Manager to run our overnight parking operation near Gatwick Airport. With over 3,100 spaces, a 70-strong team, and hundreds of customers arriving and departing each night, this role is all about delivering smooth, efficient, and safe service when it matters most. This is a hands-on leadership role where your decisions and direction will shape the customer experience and the performance of the night team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and support a team of car park attendants, bus drivers, and customer service staff. Foster a positive, high-performance culture across the night shift.
  • Operational Oversight: Ensure the smooth running of vehicle check-ins, parking, customer transfers, and site management throughout the shift.
  • Customer Service: Maintain high standards of service, resolving any customer issues or escalations professionally and promptly.
  • Decision-Making: Act as the senior decision-maker on site during night hours. Manage unexpected issues with confidence and calm.
  • Routine & Safety Management: Uphold operational standards, site safety, and cleanliness. Ensure all shift routines and protocols are followed.
  • Fleet Oversight: Coordinate the night-time operation of our bus fleet, including vehicle checks and scheduling transfers to meet demand.
