About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-focused
Service & Compliance Team Leader to oversee statutory servicing and compliance activities across a national estate of more than 350 sites throughout England, Wales, Scotland, and Ireland.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in compliance, facilities, service administration, or multi-site operations who enjoys analysing data, reviewing reports, managing contractors, and ensuring business-wide compliance standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Compliance & Servicing
- Oversee mandatory servicing and compliance activities across a large multi-site estate.
- Review service reports relating to pest control, refrigeration, oven servicing, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Identify non-compliance issues and ensure corrective actions are logged and completed.
- Maintain accurate records to support audit and compliance requirements.
- Track outstanding actions, overdue servicing, and missed visits.
- Escalate critical compliance or recurring issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyse compliance data to identify trends, risks, and recurring issues.
- Produce regular compliance reports and performance updates.
- Prepare and deliver quarterly presentations to management.
- Utilise Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and data management.
- Create clear and professional Power Point presentations.
- Supplier & Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with external contractors and service providers.
- Monitor service standards and contractor performance.
- Support site teams with compliance-related queries.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure actions are completed.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Previous experience in a compliance, facilities, administration, operations, or service management role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to interpret technical reports.
- Strong organisational and workload management skills.
- Good Microsoft Excel skills, including data sorting, filtering, and basic formulas.
- Confident using Power Point to create professional presentations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of compliance activities.
Desirable
- Experience in facilities management or statutory compliance.
- Knowledge of servicing requirements relating to refrigeration, catering equipment, or pest control.
- Experience managing multi-site operations.
