Our client is a rapidly growing care group, based in the Northwest who deliver a range of care & support including Supported Living, Home Care, Mental Health Stepdown Provision, Emergency Accommodation & Respite, Children's Outreach and Specialist Support. They are now looking for a Senior Finance Assistant to join their finance department at their head office base in Altrincham.

As their Finance Assistant you will be responsible for the day-to-day transactional financial operations and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. You'll be responsible for all areas of transactional finance for 2-3 entities, demonstrating a strong work ethic, and possessing a positive attitude toward continual process improvements.

As Senior Finance Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the company's rapid growth through smooth financial operations, and work closely with the Finance Manager and Group Executive Director to ensure timely and accurate reporting. You should be an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in their work and strives for excellence; knowing that everything we do in finance contributes to the company's mission to provide the highest quality of care to the individuals we support.
