The HR Project & Systems Manager is responsible for managing HR initiatives and optimising the PeopleXD HRIS to support strategic HR goals. This role splits time between leading HR projects, from planning and execution to quality assurance, and serving as the main point of contact for PeopleXD, enhancing system functionality, automating processes and providing data-driven insights. Working closely with internal stakeholders and 3rd party vendors, the HR Project & Systems Manager ensures effective project delivery, seamless system integration and a streamlined, user-friendly HRIS experience. The role will be based out their Barton-upon-Humber offices, with occasional travel to manufacturing sites. It’s primarily an office-based role, but does come with one day per week, working from home.
