The predicted salary is between 31500 - 38500 Β£ per year.

Work closely with the on-site management team to support the delivery of all people policies and processes (i.e. performance management, employee relations, disciplinary, grievance, absence management) in line with best practice and legislative requirements. Provide first-line day-to-day advice, guidance and hands-on support for Managers and employees across a wide range of people matters. Work with line managers to ensure headcount levels are maintained, driving and coordinating all recruitment activities to include dealing with recruitment enquiries, advertising, screening and interviewing. Manage the absence process, including Occupational Health referrals, short-term and long-term sickness management meetings.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a HR site-based role preferably manufacturing, warehousing or factory-based environment
  • Ideally CIPD qualified and/or working towards.
