Plumber required for a refurbishment project in Nether Wallop, near Winchester.
We are currently looking for an experienced Plumber to join a large mansion refurbishment project which is being converted into a children's home.
The Role
Location: Nether Wallop, near Winchester
Project: Mansion refurbishment / conversion
Work: 1st & 2nd fix plumbing
Duration: Ongoing project
Duties
- 1st fix plumbing
- 2nd fix plumbing
- Installation of pipework
- Bathroom and kitchen installations
- Sanitaryware installation
- Hot and cold-water systems
- Waste pipework
- General plumbing duties associated with a full refurbishment
- Working from drawings and following site specifications
Requirements
- Previous experience on refurbishment projects
- Strong 1st and 2nd fix experience
- Own tools
- Relevant CSCS/JIB card where required
- Reliable and able to commit to the project
- Immediate start available.
