My client, a highly regarded law firm, are looking to welcome a range of people into their Wills, Trust and Probate team, from Paralegals to Legal Executives. These are key roles in their expanding team, helping them to provide expertise and support to a growing client base. My client offers a friendly environment that works collaboratively to ensure the best possible advice for clients.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll be a point of contact for clients - taking instructions in respect of probate matters and estate administration.
  • You’ll get to run your own small case load for some of our probate matters and estate administration.
  • You’ll be helping the team with the progression of probate files.
  • You’ll be registering trusts on HMRC’s Trust Registration Service.
