My client, a highly regarded law firm, are welcoming Paralegals or Legal Secretaries into their Commercial Property team. These are key roles in an expanding team based out of Basingstoke. The commercial property team has seen significant double-digit year on year growth for more than 3 years and continues to expand. The team provides expert legal advice and assistance to clients throughout their journey.
What You’ll be doing:
- You’ll be ensuring the team is organised by managing diaries and liaising with clients.
- You’ll support the team in file opening and closing process, including issuing engagement papers alongside general administration.
- You’ll be creating documents and correspondence.
- You’ll be involved with business development activities and will work with marketing department.
- You’ll be involved in the billing and payment process - preparing invoices, completion statements, and financial statements.
- You’ll be responsible for ordering official copies and property searches, filling in Stamp Duty Land Tax returns and submitting Land Registry applications.
