Night Hygiene Supervisor 6 months FTC

The Night Hygiene Supervisor is responsible for leading the night hygiene team to ensure that allproduction equipment, processing areas, and associated facilities are cleaned and sanitised to the highest food safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, motivate and support the night hygiene team.
  • Allocate daily cleaning tasks and monitor completion.
  • Conduct shift briefings and handovers.
  • Train new employees in hygiene procedures and safe working practices.
  • Monitor attendance, performance and conduct.
  • Promote a positive culture of food safety, quality and teamwork. Hygiene Operations
  • Ensure all cleaning schedules are completed on time.
