Location: Manchester
Role:
- Take full ownership of the day-to-day HR function.
- Provide strong HR leadership and support to the Site Leadership Team and line managers.
- Manage all aspects of employee relations, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, performance management and investigations.
- Drive improvements in attendance, engagement, performance and retention.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied across the site.
- Monitor HR KPIs and provide regular reporting to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
- Support training, development and succession planning across the site.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager / Senior HR Advisor / HR Business Partner within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working within manufacturing, FMCG, food production or a similar operational environment.
- CIPD qualification.
