We are recruiting a Technical Administrator position for a well-established company in Leicester.

The day-to-day responsibilities will encompass all aspects of financial services administration, including:
LOA administration and processing
Preparing appointment packs and performing general administrative duties
Conducting valuations and contacting providers
Maintaining clear and compliant records
Handling claims and obtaining necessary documentation
Booking and preparing new and existing client appointment packs
Regular engagement with clients and providers via telephone, email, and letter, as well as diary management
Staying up-to-date with all relevant product, legislative, and technical changes, as well as FCA rules and regulations
