Demolition Project / Site Manager Salary: £45,000 – £65,000 DOE + Van + Fuel Card Nationwide Projects We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Demolition Project / Site Manager to join an award-winning and highly reputable specialist contractor delivering projects across the UK. The business specialises in demolition, enabling works, earthworks and remediation, with a strong pipeline of projects across the commercial, healthcare, education, leisure, residential and industrial sectors. The Role You will be responsible for managing demolition projects from site set-up through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to a high standard. Key responsibilities will include: Managing demolition, enabling and associated site activities Overseeing site teams, subcontractors and plant Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme and project requirements Maintaining high standards of health & safety across site Conducting site briefings, toolbox talks and daily site coordination Liaising with clients, contractors and other project stakeholders Monitoring progress, quality and site documentation Supporting the successful delivery of projects from mobilisation through to completion Requirements Previous experience managing demolition projects Black CCDO Card SMSTS Strong knowledge of demolition/site health & safety Confident managing site teams and subcontractors Good communication and organisational skills Full UK driving licence Willingness to work nationwide as projects require Package £45,000 – £65,000, depending on experience Company van Fuel card Overtime opportunities Long-term opportunity with an established and respected specialist contractor Varied portfolio of projects throughout the UK If you're an experienced Demolition Site Manager or Project Manager looking for your next move with a reputable contractor and you're happy to work nationwide, apply today for a confidential discussion.
