This company is at the opposite end of the scale of 'corporate’. Think people who work in the creative industry, with a passion, with soul… And now picture an international business turning over £30M per annum. The company has been trading for years and has shaped itself into the business that it is today, but it hasn’t forgotten its roots. They have reached the stage where they need to bring someone in to head up their Accounts function and shape the company for the future. This is a newly created role to work with the MD and will be a blank canvas for you to create your own role.
- Lead all financial operations across the UK and Internationally.
- Own the integrity of financial reporting, ensuring accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Manage and mentor the finance team.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting cycle, providing analysis and insight to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure robust financial controls and compliance with tax, audit, and statutory obligations across jurisdictions.
- Oversee cash flow management and support treasury operations.
- Prepare and present financial reports to the Managing Director and other senior stakeholders.
