Role: Provide HR advice and support to managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, and absence cases. Ensure HR policies, procedures, and employment law requirements are applied consistently. Maintain accurate HR systems, records, and reporting. Coordinate Occupational Health referrals and support wellbeing initiatives. Support recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and apprenticeship programmes. Support ethical audits, customer requirements, and health & safety initiatives.
Requirements: CIPD qualified or working towards qualification (desirable). HR experience within a manufacturing or food manufacturing environment is desirable.
