A great opportunity has arisen to join a respected FM service provider operating across central London. 360 Recruitment are seeking an M&E Foot Mobile Technician to cover a portfolio of commercial buildings across Zones 1 & 2.
This role is perfect for an engineer with a Level 2 qualification (C&G/NVQ) in a mechanical, electrical, or building services discipline, and experience working within commercial maintenance environments. You’ll be part of a supportive team, visiting multiple sites on foot to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a variety of mechanical and electrical plant.
The role offers a competitive salary between £42,000 and £45,000, depending on experience and qualifications, plus overtime, pension, and further training opportunities.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on:
- Pumps, motors, seals, bearings, and compressors
- Wet systems
- Chlorifiers, actuators, strainers
- Unvented systems
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday - 8.00am-5.00pm
Hours: 07:00 – 19:00 (Days only)
Call out - 1 in 6 = £100
Requirements
- Level 2 qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ) in a relevant M&E discipline
- Ability to provide copies of trade certificates
- Some experience in commercial building maintenance
- Good understanding of mechanical & electrical plant
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working foot mobile and travelling between multiple sites (no vehicle provided)
