Factory Technical Manager
Role
Provide day-to-day technical leadership for the factory, ensuring compliance with all relevant food safety, quality, legal and customer requirements.
Own and maintain the site's HACCP system, ensuring it remains current, effective, and appropriately validated.
Lead investigations into food safety incidents, deviations, and potential product contamination.
Maintain and continuously improve the site's Quality Management System.
Ensure appropriate specifications, procedures, work instructions, and quality standards are maintained.
Manage customer technical queries, complaints, and requests within agreed timescales.
Maintain the site in a state of continuous audit readiness.
