In terms of your background, ideally, you’ll be AAT or ACCA / CIMA / ACA qualified. Previous experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment would be advantageous, but is not essential.
Below is a small overview of what you’ll be doing…
- Produce monthly management accounts
- Present performance and trends to the senior team
- Work directly with directors to support planning and decision making
- Create cash flow forecasts for projects and the whole company
- Act as the first point of contact for suppliers with payment queries
