As HR Advisor, you’ll be the go-to contact for managers and employees, providing practical HR guidance and support across a range of people matters. This is a fast-paced, operational environment, so being visible, proactive, and organised is key.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage absence processes including welfare calls, occupational health referrals, and absence review meetings
  • Ensure right to work compliance for all employees
  • Coordinate parental leave processes (maternity, paternity, and extended leave) in line with legal requirements
  • Provide guidance and support to managers across the employee lifecycle
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

What We’re Looking For

  • CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience managing multiple employee relations cases
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and support managers
  • Experience in a fast-paced or manufacturing environment (desirable)

Working Pattern

  • 20 hours per week
  • Includes one evening shift per week (Wednesday or Thursday, approx. 6:00/6:30pm)
  • Flexible working across the week
  • Option to work one day from home (agreed with HR team)
