Business Development Manager
We're recruiting for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a well-established developer specialising in high-end bespoke residential projects.
This is an office-based role, suited to someone with a strong background in business development within bespoke new-build housing or a similar construction/sector.
You'll play a key role in identifying new opportunities, building lasting relationships and helping to grow the business.
The Role
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, planning departments and land buyers.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Build and nurture a network of industry contacts.
- Support the company's marketing activity through social media and content creation.
- Represent the business professionally within the industry.
About You
- Minimum of 5 years' business development experience within bespoke new-build housing or a similar construction / sector.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially focused with a proactive approach to generating new business.
- Existing industry contacts are desirable but not essential.
- Confident using social media to support business development activities.
