360 Recruitment are working with a well-established civil engineering and demolition contractor that delivers projects across the UK as a principal contractor. Their work spans across demolition, earthworks, remediation and water infrastructure projects across sectors including nuclear, petrochemical, industrial, commercial and rail.
Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint a Senior / Quantity Surveyor to support projects in the Home Counties, with the flexibility to work remotely and travel to sites.
The role
- You’ll be responsible for the commercial management of projects from delivery through to final account, working closely with operational teams and senior stakeholders.
- Cost management and forecasting
- Managing subcontractor accounts
- Applications, valuations and variations
- Contract administration (NEC)
- Monthly reporting
- Change management
- Final accounts
- Identifying and managing commercial risk
