We are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a growing and dynamic facilities management company. This is a mobile role, covering predominantly London (approx. 70%) with additional work across the surrounding Home Counties. You will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and fault-finding across a diverse portfolio of commercial sites.

You will work across a varied and interesting client base, including:
- Dental practices
- Restaurants & hospitality venues
- Pub chains
- Hotels
- General commercial buildings
This is a true FM environment, requiring a professional and adaptable approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on commercial gas systems
- Fault finding, servicing, and repair of commercial boilers and plant
- Work within plant rooms and varied commercial environments
- Ensure compliance with Gas Safe regulations
- Complete all relevant documentation and reports
- Deliver a high level of service across all client sites
Call-Out Rota (Better Work-Life Balance)
- 1 day per rota cycle (not a full week)
- 6:00am – 6:00pm cover
- Shared across the engineering team
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Commercial Gas Engineer within Facilities Management (essential)
- Background in commercial/corporate environments (not social housing)
- Valid commercial ACS qualifications: CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1 (desirable)
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Catering (Desired)
