Civils Site Manager / Supervisor Location: Barrow, Cumbria Rate: £275 - £300/day (dependent on level of experience) Duration: Ongoing long-term work Key Responsibilities * Oversee daily site operations * Manage subcontractors, labour, and plant * Ensure works are carried out in line with health & safety regulations * Coordinate with project manager, engineers, and client * Monitor progress against programme and report on milestones * Maintain site records, RAMS, and permits * Deliver quality control and ensure compliance with specifications * Lead site meetings and toolbox talks Requirements * Proven experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor within civil engineering * Strong background in areas such as groundworks, highways, drainage, demolition, etc * Valid SMSTS or SSSTS * CSCS Card (Black/Gold preferred) * First Aid at Work (desirable) * Excellent leadership and communication skills * Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical plans * You must have SC Clearance or the ability to obtain To apply, please submit your CV and a member of our team will be in contact! #J-18808-Ljbffr
