We're looking for a passionate and experienced QA Supervisor to take ownership of food safety, quality assurance, and compliance during night operations at our Attleborough site. This is an exciting opportunity for a food manufacturing professional who thrives in a fast-paced FMCG environment, enjoys leading teams, and wants to play a key role in building a world-class food safety culture.
Working closely with Technical and Production teams, you'll be the go-to quality expert on shift, ensuring best-in-class standards across GMP, HACCP, allergen management, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Be Doing
- Acting as the lead Quality authority on night shift, driving food safety excellence
- Ensuring full compliance with food safety standards, BRC, GMP, and allergen controls
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Quality Technologists
- Embedding a proactive food safety culture across production teams
- Using data analysis, KPIs, and root cause analysis to improve performance
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives within a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Supporting Operational Excellence (OPEX) and Technical strategy delivery
- Ensuring products meet customer, regulatory, and brand standards every time
What We're Looking For
- HACCP Level 4 (desirable)
- Degree or equivalent in Food Science, Food Technology, or Quality Management
- Proven experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, or high-risk production environments
- Strong knowledge of BRC standards, GMP, HACCP, and allergen control
- Demonstrable leadership and team development skills
- Confident in problem-solving, auditing, and data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
