This opportunity is to work on various types of demolition schemes.
You will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Location: Edinburgh
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + car allowance
Demolition Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Managing operatives and subcontractors on site.
- Produce and submit progress reports and necessary project documentation.
- Oversee site preparation, making sure resources, equipment, and materials are in place and ready.
- Preparing budgets, schedules and forecasts.
- Planning and overseeing projects from start to finish.
Requirements:
