The Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the successful delivery of fibre projects across the 360 Networks portfolio. This role ensures that programmes run efficiently by coordinating materials, documentation, workforce information, and client communications. The Project Coordinator acts as the operational link between field teams, supervisors, the Delivery Manager, and client representatives, ensuring that all project activities are organised, compliant, and progressing to plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day‑to‑day project activities across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with programme targets and client requirements.
- Maintain accurate project trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools to support operational visibility.
- Assist with planning, scheduling, and sequencing of works, ensuring field teams have the correct information and resources.
- Support the Delivery Manager with weekly progress reviews, risk identification, and mitigation planning.
- Work with supervisors and the Delivery Manager to ensure material requirements are captured, validated, and requested in line with programme needs.
- Track material usage, shortages, and returns, ensuring accurate reconciliation against job packs and client systems.
- Liaise with suppliers and client stock teams to coordinate deliveries and resolve discrepancies.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all RAMS, permits, job packs, and compliance documentation are issued, updated, and stored correctly.
- Support workforce compliance checks including right‑to‑work, valid industry certification checks, training records, and competency verification.
Client & Stakeholder Communication
- Act as a point of contact for client queries, progress updates, and documentation requests.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports, photographic evidence, and completion documentation.
- Support internal communication between office teams, supervisors, and field engineers.
Data & Systems Management
- Update and maintain project data within Vitruvi, client portals, and internal systems.
- Run reports, extract data, and support analysis to identify trends, blockers, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure all information is accurate, timely, and aligned with client expectations.
Skills & Experience Required
- Experience in telecoms, fibre, utilities, construction, or similar project‑based environments (preferred).
- Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Confident using project management systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and support fast‑moving operational teams.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
- Understanding of H&S, compliance, and operational governance (desirable).
