We’re looking for an experienced Barista/Hospitality Team Member to join our casual team on a 0-hour contract basis, working Wednesday–Sunday including weekends and flexible hours.
What the role involves:
- Preparing high-quality coffees using our traditional espresso machine — grinding beans, dialling in shots, steaming milk and delivering consistently great coffee
- Working events serving coffees and assisting behind the bar pouring drinks
- Completing daily and weekly cleaning tasks
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the venue
- Delivering friendly, welcoming customer service
- Being proactive with a positive, can‑do attitude
What we’re looking for:
- Previous barista or hospitality experience essential
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend availability is a must
- Reliable, flexible and hardworking team player
Candidate must be 18+ due to licensing conditions.
Pay:
£10.85 – £13 per hour (depending on experience)
