This is a hands-on role at the heart of Virgin, supporting how our brand shows up across the UK and EMEA. You will work closely with Virgin companies and senior stakeholders to protect, strengthen and grow the Virgin brand, balancing creativity with commercial reality, and strategy with practical delivery. Support the development and execution of brand strategy across the UK and EMEA:
- Ensure the Virgin brand is applied consistently, creatively and commercially.
- Act as a trusted brand partner to a portfolio of Virgin companies, working closely with in-house brand and marketing teams to guide brand decisions, via proactive account management.
- Bring brand strategy to life, shaping brand activity and partnerships that work in the real world, within budgets and operational constraints.
- Build strong, credible relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing with confidence while remaining collaborative and approachable.
- Identify opportunities to grow brand value, reduce brand risk and unlock commercial impact through smarter brand and marketing choices.
- Identify opportunities for Virgin companies to collaborate on projects or share insights to drive greater value to the Virgin Masterbrand and individual Virgin companies' objectives.
- Support regional planning, forums and Brand Boards, helping turn ambition into clear actions and outcomes.
What You’ll Need:
- Hands-on experience working in a brand and marketing role, with practical experience delivering brand and marketing activity.
- A commercial understanding, with the ability to balance brand advisory with business realities.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and building trusted, long-term relationships.
- Excellent communication skills able to explain brand thinking clearly, simply and persuasively.
- A genuine appreciation of the Virgin brand and culture; experience within Virgin is a big plus, but not essential.

- Salary: £54,000 - £65,000 plus bonus
