Willowhaven will provide a safe, nurturing environment for up to two young people aged 4–17, enabling highly personalised care and support tailored to each child's individual needs. The Role: We're looking for an experienced Senior Residential Support Practitioner to help shape and grow our new home. You'll lead shifts, support and develop colleagues, and deliver high-quality, trauma-informed care that helps young people thrive. Working alongside the management team, you'll be a positive role model, contribute to team development, and support the supervision and progression of Residential Support Practitioners where delegated. This role includes evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins as part of a flexible shift pattern.
