360 CRS is opening Willowhaven, a brand-new children’s home in Middleton St George, near Darlington, providing safe, nurturing care for up to two children aged 4–17. You’ll be part of a small, family-style home from the outset, helping shape culture and practice as the team grows.
You’ll support young people as a positive, grounding influence, building trust and promoting independence, routines, and community involvement, with safeguarding at the heart of daily work.
