How to prepare for a job interview at 360 CRS

✨Know Your Stuff

✨Showcase Your Experience

Prepare specific examples from your past roles that demonstrate your ability to manage a children's home effectively. Highlight any experience you have in leading teams, developing services, or working with vulnerable children. This will show them you’re not just a good fit, but the right fit.

✨Ask Thoughtful Questions

Interviews are a two-way street, so come armed with questions that show your interest in the role and the organisation. Ask about their approach to staff development, how they support managers in their roles, or what challenges they foresee in opening new homes. This shows you’re proactive and genuinely interested.

✨Be Yourself

Authenticity goes a long way in interviews. Be honest about your experiences and how they’ve shaped your approach to care. The interviewers want to see the real you, so let your passion for making a difference shine through.
