We are a growing, forward-thinking children’s residential care organisation with homes across the Southwest, London, and a multi-home provision in Durham.

As part of our expansion, we are seeking an exceptional Registered Manager to support the development of new services in North London, with clear opportunities to open and lead homes from the ground up.

You’ll work with children aged 7–17 who have experienced loss, instability, or trauma, supporting them to rebuild trust, confidence, and hope through trauma-informed, PACE-based practice.

  • Annual leave: 31 days including bank holidays, plus a bonus day off to celebrate your birthday.
  • Bonuses: £1,500 for Good or £3,000 for Outstanding Ofsted inspections; £150 per child per month above agreed occupancy.

Lead and manage the home, ensuring smooth operations, staff development, and regulatory compliance.

  • Act as Safeguarding Lead, prioritising children’s safety and welfare.
  • Deliver child-centred, trauma-informed care and support children’s independence, education, and wellbeing.
  • Oversee admissions, transitions, care planning, and accurate record-keeping.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years working with children in residential care, including 2+ years in a supervisory, Deputy Manager, or management role.
  • Experience in LD (Learning Disabilities) or EDB (Emotional, Developmental, or Behavioural) settings.
  • Proven track record of achieving at least a ‘Good’ Ofsted rating as a Registered Manager or senior leadership team member.
  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Children’s Residential Care (or equivalent, fully recognised).
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted requirements and Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015.
