The successful candidate will play a vital role in the efficient management of warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth handling, storage, and distribution of goods.
The Role:
- Handling goods efficiently, including loading and unloading goods from lorries and containers
- Managing stock levels using warehouse management systems (WMS) to ensure accurate inventory records
- Picking and packing orders accurately for dispatch, ensuring quality standards are met
- Organising stock storage areas, replenishing shelves, and maintaining a tidy workspace
- Assisting with shipping and receiving procedures, including documentation and labelling
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in within a warehouse setting
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) for stock control and order processing
- Experience in picking & packing items efficiently while maintaining accuracy
- Physical capability for heavy lifting and load/unload activities throughout shifts
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail for quality control tasks
