Complex Healthcare Assistant in Waterlooville

The role will be working as part of our team in Waterlooville supporting young people within the community on a 1-1 basis. One client is a 2 year old girl who has a tracheostomy vent and a PEG tube who requires night time support between the hours of 9pm-7am Mon-Sun and then day shifts between the hours of 9am-3pm Mon-Thu. Our other client is a 3 year old boy who also has a PEG tube who rewuires night support 9pm-6am Mon-Fri and then daytime support 12pm-8pm
