You will lead Registered and Regional Managers, shaping quality, safeguarding and continuous improvement across services.
Reporting to the Head of Governance & Clinical Strategy, you will drive regulatory readiness, risk management and strategic service performance, with regular national travel and a blended 9am–5pm hybrid work pattern.
