Job opening for a HGV Mechanic/Technician. Candidate must hold a full UK driving licence and have means of travel. Level 3 HGV.

Essential Duties:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Heavy Goods Vehicles
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical faults
  • Conduct inspections and identify any potential problems or safety concerns
  • Assemble and disassemble vehicle parts and systems
  • Use power tools and equipment to complete repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Maintain accurate records of all work performed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HGV Commercial Technician or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Light vehicle mechanics
  • Ability to fabricate and weld components
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Customer service-oriented with good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
