360 Complex Care is seeking a compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team, caring for children and adults with complex social, emotional and mental health needs, and following bespoke care plans.
You will work day and night shifts, in a supportive multi-disciplinary environment, with regular supervision, training and progression opportunities. A £1,000 bonus is available after registration and a six‑month probation, with a minimum of 20 hours per week.
