Although we work on all makes and models, 75% of our workload is VAG based and we are aiming to increase that this year. Ideally, you will be level 3 qualified with at least 5 years post apprenticeship experience in either a VAG group main dealer or specialist garage with ODIS diagnostic experience, but this is not essential if you have the right skills for the job.

You must be comfortable and competent in regular scheduled servicing and repairs to include timing belts/chains and clutch replacements. Our aim this year is to establish ourselves as Gloucester's leading independent VAG specialist and a true alternative to the dealer network, and we are investing heavily in the tools and resources to achieve this.

Regular ongoing IMI accredited training.
