Earn while you learn with a fully paid training program that will help you gain your PCV licence and Level 2 Bus Driver Apprenticeship. After training, expect annual earnings of £37,877 based on 39 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Complete industry‑leading training, securing your PCV licence followed by ongoing CPC training and professional development as part of the Level 2 Apprenticeship.
  • Drive our Double‑Deck and Single‑Deck fleet safely, smoothly and confidently.
  • Ensure every customer has a positive journey, delivering top‑notch customer service.
  • Create a welcoming environment where passengers feel respected, cared for and looked after.
  • Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 18 years of age and hold a UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
  • Right to work in the UK; ordinarily resident in the UK and Islands or British overseas territories for the last 3 years (or meet alternative criteria).
  • A positive, friendly attitude and passion for delivering great customer service.
  • A willingness to learn and be part of a team.
  • A patient, safe and courteous approach.
