Responsibilities
- Complete industry‑leading training, securing your PCV licence followed by ongoing CPC training and professional development as part of the Level 2 Apprenticeship.
- Drive our Double‑Deck and Single‑Deck fleet safely, smoothly and confidently.
- Ensure every customer has a positive journey, delivering top‑notch customer service.
- Create a welcoming environment where passengers feel respected, cared for and looked after.
- Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age and hold a UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
- Right to work in the UK; ordinarily resident in the UK and Islands or British overseas territories for the last 3 years (or meet alternative criteria).
- A positive, friendly attitude and passion for delivering great customer service.
- A willingness to learn and be part of a team.
- A patient, safe and courteous approach.
