Rotation: Night Shifts.
Responsibilities Work effectively within the Operations team to support daily bus services.
Foster cooperation between Traffic, Engineering and other depots.
Open and secure the depot at the start and end of duties.
Oversee vehicle allocation and daily run‑out services.
Ensure cost‑effective duty coverage using systems such as Grampian and EP Morris.
Monitor service performance and address early/late running.
Undertake drug and alcohol tests as required.
Respond to operational issues and assist with customer complaints.
Undertake driving duties and assist with administration as needed.
Maintain confidentiality at all times.
Be flexible to meet operational requirements.
Qualifications Must have PCV (Category D) licence.
Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
High attention to detail and operational awareness.
Strong leadership skills.
Ability to use Office365 applications including Outlook, Word and One Drive.
