The Role:
We are looking for a highly capable Lead Engineer to join our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll combine deep technical expertise with strong consultancy skills to guide teams, shape solutions, and ensure successful delivery across a range of customer engagements. As a Lead Engineer, you’ll act as Technical Lead, Feature Team Lead, or Project Lead, depending on the engagement. You’ll influence architectural decisions, lead development teams using Agile methodologies, and work directly with customers to translate business needs into low-level designs and high-impact solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading technical delivery across customer engagements—large and small.
- Designing cloud-based integration solutions and supporting customer bid responses.
- Performing hands-on engineering using Azure Integration Services.
- Guiding and mentoring engineers, ensuring consistent engineering quality.
- Meeting customers, presenting solutions, and shaping technical direction.
- Supporting Sales with technical expertise, demos and content.
- Creating documentation, contributing to case studies, and supporting the 345 intellectual property portfolio.
- Working flexibly across multiple projects and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
You’ll Already Have:
- Strong technical capabilities in Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, API Management etc.).
- Proven consultancy experience and ability to work directly with customers.
- Experience producing solution designs and managing delivery through the full lifecycle.
- Ability to supervise and coach more junior engineers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a structured approach to delivery.
