We maintain our leadership by building intellectual property (processes, software, templates, data) and applying this so that we can deliver to customers faster and more efficiently than anyone else.

345 Technology is establishing a new business unit, "345 Standard Services", which will deliver repeatable integration work to a predefined process using these standard tools, templates and methods. Within this business unit there will be a dedicated BizTalk Migration software engineering team (squad) to deliver this work. We are looking for a leader for this squad to lead BizTalk migration work.

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable to Project Manager for delivery of engineering work to meet project schedules
  • Accountable to the General Manager for the squad operating within agreed KPIs
  • Leads the newly created BizMig squad, line managing the engineers
  • Delivery of BizTalk migration assessments, assessing and pricing new business
  • Delivery of BizTalk to Azure migration projects, delivers an agreed number of build slots per month
  • Ownership and development of tooling, templates and recipes specific to BizTalk migration

Outcomes:

  • Engineering processes are adhered to
  • Solutions are built from recipes in the 345 AIR library where possible, and new recipes are generated when needed
  • The required number of weekly / monthly customer build slots are delivered
  • Engineering processes are adhered to as measured by KPIs

Duties:

  • Team Leader: Leads a team of engineers to deliver high quality work at high productivity levels. Allocates tasks to Engineers and ensures completion. Runs the team's kanban boards and ensures all tasks are updated. Ensures the solution delivery processes are executed correctly.
  • Design: Creates Low-Level Design (LLD) documents for the Engineers to follow, based on a High-Level Design (HLD). Ensures that delivered work meets the LLD.
  • Delivery: Acts as a "hands-on" Engineer delivering project tasks.
