A vacancy has arisen for a Cleaner/Handy Person at our Kettering depot to assist in the cleaning and upkeep of the depot premises and bus fleet.
The successful candidate will be a pro-active and motivated team player with a good eye for detail who can work safely and effectively unsupervised and use their own initiative to identify and rectify issues, maintaining high standards throughout the depot.
Job responsibilities
- Parking up buses in the yard and washing them during the day
- Cleaning and sanitising all communal areas of the depot including toilets, offices, workshop, pits, walkways, rest rooms etc.
- General yard and depot maintenance; painting, gardening, and carrying out basic repairs to the building.
A full driving licence is required (a bus licence would be beneficial but not essential).
Working Conditions
You’ll be working full time (39 hours a week) Monday to Friday.
