Complete Separate Pastry Kitchen in Borough Market for both Maison Francois and Cafe Francois. Full time, 7am-4pm 5 days a week. £17.11-£18.16 P/H

Who you will be:

  • Previous experience as a Pastry Chef in a fast paced Restaurant.
  • Knowledge of Kitchen and pastry practices.
  • Experience of training and supervising junior chefs
  • Ensuring food hygiene standards are met
  • Ordering and managing stock, and monitoring portion and waste control
  • Helping the sous chef and head chef develop new dishes and menus
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
  • Keen attention to detail in maintaining the highest levels of service
