About the role:
- Report into Operations and Finance, supporting both functions to ensure smooth day to day processes.
- Manage purchase ledger processes including invoice checking and data entry.
- Maintain sales ledger records and ensure data is kept up to date.
- Download and reconcile marketplace sales and commission data.
- Complete regular credit card reconciliations.
- Process customer refunds in line with company policies.
- Raise purchase orders and maintain accurate records.
- Create and manage size curves for purchase orders.
- Maintain barcode files and product data.
- Manage product data and updates within ERP system.
- Maintain HS codes and product weights on Shopify.
- Prepare clearance documentation for shipments.
- Book freight and support inbound shipment coordination.
- Complete inbound shipment forms.
- Check invoices and forward for payment approvals.
