The Ecommerce Executive supports the day-to-day running and optimisation of the ecommerce channel, ensuring a smooth customer journey and a high standard of accuracy and commercial focus.
You will be responsible for product catalogue uploads, managing product data and supporting onsite merchandising across launches, campaigns and BAU trading, including working with CSV files to maintain product information and content.
The role supports trading performance through analysis of customer behaviour, conversion and funnel performance, identifying opportunities to improve the onsite experience and overall performance. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help deliver a seamless onsite experience and contribute to ongoing site improvements, including trading reporting and highlighting key wins and opportunities across markets.
Responsibilities- Support the day-to-day trading of the website, including product launches and seasonal campaigns, ensuring products, collections and content are correctly set up and optimised.
- Support product merchandising across collection and category pages, ensuring strong product visibility and clear navigation, working closely with merchandising and marketing teams to align launches and promotional activity.
- Take responsibility for product catalogue uploads via CSV, ensuring data accuracy and completeness, and coordinate pre- and post-launch checks to ensure all products and content are correctly set up and live.
- Manage and update product data on-site, including titles, descriptions, imagery and attributes.
- Conduct regular site checks to ensure accuracy across product data, pricing, imagery and content, including pre- and post-publish validation.
- Monitor website performance using Shopify Analytics and GA, tracking key KPIs such as conversion rate, revenue, AOV, CTR and engagement.
- Produce regular reports with clear insights, highlighting key wins, issues and opportunities to improve trading performance and conversion.
- Analyse customer behaviour using tools such as heatmaps, funnels and session recordings to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
- Support A/B testing and assist in implementing onsite improvements to enhance UX and conversion.
- Assist in managing and optimising ecommerce-related third-party apps and integrations.

- 2+ years’ experience in a similar ecommerce role.
- Hands-on experience managing product listings, uploads and merchandising on ecommerce platforms, preferably Shopify.
- Highly proficient in handling large data sets, including bulk product uploads and data management via CSV files, with strong Excel skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple launches and updates.
- Experience with A/B testing and CRO.
- Experience working with AI-based tools or a curiosity to explore and apply AI within ecommerce.
